I obtained a quote for a new roof from R & P Roof and Build Ltd. The quote offered was fair and I was impressed personally by the proprietor. In the end I accepted a (cheaper) quote from another roofer. This did not turn out well for various reasons, and I ended up seeking advice from R & P about how to address the situation. Despite my rejecting his offer, he willingly gave me valuable advice about how to address the situation. Although he did not provide a new roof for me, his willingness to help me out in circumstances in which there was no material benefit for him tells you much about his character and integrity.
